This spell is very hard to complete, and is thus reserved for only the most powerful conjurers. The Thalmor’s ban on conjuration has nearly led to it’s extinction, since most who knew it won’t practice it anymore.
The victim is turned into an undead zombie enslaved to the caster, until they finally rot away and wither.
