Magnus was born many, many centuries ago in the first era. Originally from an area near present-day Cyrodiil he has since been all over Tamriel, and even visited some of the Planes of Oblivion. This was mostly made possible to due to his unnaturally long life, that he obtained when learning to wield the Eye of Magnus. He has destroyed many lives in his process to reach his ultimate goal. To rule over all of Tamriel.
