Ju-Lihen is a citizen of Auridon, and one of the Wandering Witches.
Her family, the Ju’s, has lived on the island for many generations and their lineage stretches back to the first members of the Psijic Council.
Her ancestors were some of the few capable of wielding wind magic. A for mof destruction spells that have been to lost to time.
When Gynthar decides to call the council Ju-Lihen is the one that first brought the Dragonborn to the island of Auridon.
